Legal Question in Administrative Law in Iowa
We built a house in 1997 and have city sewer and water hook up. Now 17 years later they sent us a letter wanting us to sign a service contract to charge us 33 1/3% more for the service per there city ord.....Do we have to sign it? What can happen if we dont sign it?
