Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
I filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2009 and the debt was discharged in the bankruptcy, but the creditor has recently started calling me and harrassing me about the debt. What are my options. Thank you

Absolute Law If you had an attorney call him. If not make sure the creditor was listed on your case and then threaten to sue.
