Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
Post Bankruptcy
Had a Chap 7 BK D/C Jan 2006 but come of the creditors have not stated included in BK but state ''profit and loss write off'' or ''bad debt charge off''. Will this affect credit? And how do I get judgements included in BK removed or stated as ''included in BK?
