Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
I received a chapter 7 discharge in 2010 in Florida. I would like to do bankrupcty on my RV that was in the debtor list ,but we wanted to keep it.I can't aford to keep it now ,what can I do.If I give it to the bank will they just charge off the loan since it was in the list as a debt?My lawyer said to reopen would cost $1600 or the bank might just include it in the bankruptcy.What do you advise?
