Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa

malice and harrassment

Ive received a e-mail with a photo of myself that has been edited by someone else and that has demening words written across. It was forwarded to other people as well and I'm wondering what the correct legal term is for this problem and what i can charge this person with.

You have not been specific as to the particular comments that were made so there is no basis to try and determine what course of action you need to take and what your remedies may be.
