I received a citation from the Ames,Iowa Police Department .My Race is discribe as Blk my Ethincty is listed as N . I took offense to this can a officer choose how they discribe some one Ethincty ? Is this legal ?

Yes. A ticket does not have to be perfect. But don't take my word for it, plead not guilty and take it to trial.
