Legal Question in Technology Law in Iowa

I am requesting the contact information for the webmaster of an online version of a newspaper. This information has not been made public on the newspaper or newspaper owner's website, at least to the best of my knowledge. I have performed extensive searches for the information and been unable to locate it.

Is there a law that requires webmaster contact information, even an email for this individual, be made public? Is there a law that states that a newspaper would have to furnish this information without knowledge of the reason for a request for the webmaster's contact information?

Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.

The answer is that I do not know of any law that requires a news company to disclose the names of anyone who works for them-including a webmaster.
