reemburse shipping charge
I bought item on Ebay. It was shipped promptly but DHL didn't get it to me in guaranteed time. I filed for refund and a month later they said they credited sellers acount. They even gave me the account # and date. Seller says they will refund me but say they never got it.

Send the seller the proof you have that they got the refund. If they don't give it to you then, you'll have to file in small claims court where they are located.
