Title Loan
Hi I know it's late...hope someone is still there. I took out a title loan two years ago for $1200. I have paid back nearly $4000. I still owed $150, but then I became ill. They reposessed my car tonight. I am very worried. I have to get it back...what do you think will happen? Will I have to pay the $150, or will they keep my car? I live in Iowa...the loan was in South Dakota. Thanks for any advice.

You might try small claims court but should consult an attorney first so they can read your agreements.
