debt correction
a magazine co scammed me into believing they were the co i was already with,my credit card co disputed the charges after i tried to cancell. the mag co told me i couldnt cancell at any time. ive won the disputes but now the mag co has sent my acct to collection agencies. they sent a copy of my confimation letter to my cc co which is different than the copy they sent me origionally. they also said that i have never tried to contact them. is there anything i can do to prove that they have scammed me and are in the wrong and get my credit back to good?

Contact a local attorney to write them a letterhead letter and get the ball rolling.
