judgment release
i have a judgemnt from 7 years ago in Story County, Iowa. The company had no attorney and is now out of business. I have verified this by calling the Story Co. attrn. office. How do i go about getting this judgment released?

You may be in luck if the Statute of Limitations runs out or if the judgment has not been purchased or assigned (some collection agencies make a business from this.)
