Student Loan Debt
If my spouse has student loan debt from before we were married and we file seperately, can the IRS still withold my taxes? Or is there anyway for me to get my income tax in this situation?

You question is unclear. Are you talkiing about a TAX REFUND?
Her debt is hers, and you refund is yours. Have they obtained a JUDGMENT? DId she borrow the srudent loan from the IRS?
