Arrested after 1 1/2 mo. after search of premises, was not read my rights when arrested, being charged with 2nd offense; 1st offense 27 years ago.

What's your legal question? If it is "Why didn't they read me my rights when I was arrested?" the answer to that is they don't have to read you your rights unless and until there is custody and there is interrogation.
