Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I changed information on a pay stub to be able to still receive childcare assistance through DHS. The stupidest thing I've ever done. I have one deffered already but no other criminal history. I am a parent of 5 children. I need to know what I am looking at. I have not yet been contacted by dhs but I did receive repfimamd from my employer who made it aware to me I was being investigated. Please help!
