Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Changing written statement
I am the defendant in an FECR case right now, and in my written statement I lied because my friend threatened me prior to him getting caught that if I told on him he would make me regret it. Now *I* am being charged with 3rd degree burglary along with him. How do I change my written statement, and what are the consequences?
