Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

I have been falsely accused of child endangerment. I was arrested about a month later and released with with out bond. Case has not gone to court. Dhs had not contacted me until after the arrest. The parents of the child that i allegedly abused and did not have released my wifes nameand picture my name and mug shot my address and part of the dhs report. This was give to me 3rd party. There are threats in comments. We personnel have not received any. I am concerned about the safety of my family. I jnow that i will not be able to get a fair trial. Is there anything that I can do.
