Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

my fianc� was filling for full custody of his girls and yet his one of his daughters lied bout what happened and so did his ex-wife can take them back to court and get the truth out of both and get off the registity and parole?

You haven't provided enough facts for me to render an opinion. You simply say "they lied" and that should get someone off the registry and parole. That tells me someone has been convicted or pled guilty to a sexual offense or that they're on the child abuse registry.

You've got to be able to provide far more information than you have if you expect this to have a chance of going anywhere.
