Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I own my home and had girlfriend living with me. She filed restraing order on me then domestic anuse charges and court says i cant go back in my home i own that i pay all the bills. She claimef we are married on the order but we are not . How do i get her out so i can get back in.

She's a tenant at will and you are the default landlord. You will have to go through the process of evicting her. That being said, this is not going to be easy, and if there is any merit to her assertion you were married it will be nearly impossible for you to turn her out in the street. Courts would not be particularly enthused over what looks to me like a retaliatory eviction.
