What If

I lied and took a charge of 3rd degree theft I dint do it but I took it because I was 8 months prgnant and told nothing would happen I didnt relize how seriouse it was and now i do I have 3 kids and cant find a job because of the charge I took it for my kids father who is also my ex and was at th etime I lied For him. I beleaved him when he said he would help with the kids instead h ehas a good job doesnt help me with the kids I donate to support my kids my current boyfriend works but we still are barely getting by what can I do to get this changed.

You did not say when all this took place but I suspect it was more than thirty days ago. In all probability your opportunity to file a motion in arrest of judgment has passed. Unfortunately, there may be nothing you can do at this juncture.
