Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Is it a normal plea deal to drop all charges in a Medicaid fraud in the 1st degree and only ask for cash? For the amount of original charge? Yet drop all "criminal charges"?

I don't know the answer to that as I do not practice in the federal courts. However if all they're asking for is restitution it's a gift.
