Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
wife had a check in my name mailed to her, forged my signature, cashed it. States she did nothing wrong, she was entitled to the money. It was a rebate check from a bill in my name only, from a phone account. we have been separated 2 years. She is on parole already. What can I do about this?
