Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Iowa

I was out at ICE which is a 18 and over club on the Hill in cedar falls. I was out with a group of friends all 21 or over, and at the table we had bottles of different types of liqueur, I was only drinking coke in a glass and a police officer pulled me aside and wrote me a ticked for possession of alcohol under the age of 21 I am 19 years old. I told him that it�s only coke and no alcohol but he didn�t want to hear it and I even told him to give me a sobriety test or have me blow to prove that I wasn�t drinking but he still wrote me a ticket. The cocktail waitress that was serving our table even came up to the cop and told him its only coke but he didn�t want to hear any of it and still wrote me the ticket. I�m not a crazy party girl, Im a hard working college student and I can�t afford for this ticket to go on my record. Thank you so much in advance for the help. Also the cocktail waitress agreed that she would come to court to testify that I was not drinking and all the people at the table would testify as well. Do I need a lawyer?
