DUI Defense
If there is an error on the printout from the datamaster cdm that is used as evidence of BAC is it inadmissable. Test was taken at 0559 am, the printout reads time of test was 0659 am. Can it be thrown out based on this type of error.

It's worth a try, but you are going to need to get your hands on some fairly significant technical information about the Datamaster to determine whether it's significant or not.
