My 3 year olds bio dad is in prison and has no rights... they were taking away by the state of MN because he is in prison for molesting one of my older daughters from a previous marriage. I am now in Ia and my current boyfriend would like to adopt my 3 year old and we are not married. Can he adopt her without us being married?
