Re: Amanticipation

So, what's your question?

If you are self supporting; can maintain your own home. Have completed school or have a Plan, for completition of same. And, You generally are able to care for and make mature, independent decisions about your health, education and welfare. Then, file a Petition in your local court, and prove to the Court that you should be emancipated and relieved from your parent's support and authority.

You might also show how it would be in your "best interests" to be emancipated. Because, for Ex: your parent/s is or are not constructively contributing to your health, education or welfare, by their interferrence with your school, atheletic, work or scholarship opportunities, etc..

Good luck,
