I am not certain how you can have a child by "accident". The answer is somewhat complicated. Initially the law will recognize your husband as the legal father. If the person who actually fathered the child wants to be involved he can seek court help to establish his paternity and rights to the child. Alternately, if you and your husband divorce, he may request a paternity test and be disestablished so he does not have responsibility for the child that is not his child. The situation is complicated and it is always advisable to be honest with all involved and approach things in an adult manner.
