Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My daughter(17) wants to move in with her boyfriend(21) and his parents because he just tried to commit suiccide and his parents think it will help him with his depression! Is there anything I (as a grandparent) can do?

AAs a grandparent, the answer is no. Where are the child's parents in all this?
