When filing for divorce, am I entitled to ownership of my husbands company even though I'm not on the board or part of the corporation? The company was obtained during our marriage.

You are likely entitled to some part of the wealth that was acquired during the course of the marriage. How much or under what circumstances will be for the court to decide.
