My friend is pregnant and lived with her dad in Iowa and was on tiltle 19 but he sent her to her moms in Texas and she told her since she was on it when she was with her dad she cant get on it in Texas. Is this true?
Shes 8 months pregnant 16 years of age and not seeing a doctor; please help.
