ex husband not using visitation
I was separated from my ex in March of 2006, since that time he has only seen our 2 kids a handful of times...he has been awarded monday nights and every other wednesday for visitation and he has only used his visitation 1 time since we had our final court hearing in June 07. I want to know if since he is already in contempt of court what can i do...I dont think that it is fair for this man to come in and out of my children's lives whenever he wants to. Can i get his rights taken away beings it is very obvious that he does not want these children in his life?? The children are 4 and 1. And if this tells you what kind of man this is he came to the hospital 3 days after his son was born, and in court the judge asked him their birthdays and he didnt even know that!

The answer to your question, can you get his rights taken away, is not without a lot more than you have here.
