Living Will

In a divorce granted 1 yr prior to an accident the woman never changed her living will to her new spouse, is the old spouse still able to say what to do with the woman/his x wife. The woman in a coma, dr's say she will not regain conciouness. The woman has a new spouse and a daughter.

If she did not change or revoke her durable power of attorney and it was legally executed then yes, her former spouse still has the legal power to make decisions regarding her health care.
