I am the non-custodial parent of a 3 year old. I have never had a relationship with the child and do not want to. I pay child support. A CINA petition has been filed as the mother tested positive for marijuana and methamphetamine. I was served papers regarding a hearing. Do I have to attent? I do not want to. I feel if the child needs removed from the mother, then that should happen. I do not want custody of the child
