Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I am currently owed about $5,000 in interstate child support arrears from NJ. I only get $31 a week. My son is now 22. Is there any way to get the full amount or near full amount all at once?? The companies I see online look like scams, taking about 1/3 to 1/2 of the total or more.
