I was recently named the established but not biological father to my ex wife's 2 children that were born while we were separated but not yet divorced. She does not contest the paternity and named the fathers. I now have to suffer legal expenses to absolve this situation. Do I legally have any recourse either against her or against the biological fathers to recoup my legal expenses?

You'd have to bring suit against them and the chances are slim to none.
