Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Iowa

In June 2012, me and my family took a vacation to Florida . While there, a coworker sent a text drawing me to send him a picture of me wareing one of my wife's thongs. I answered the dare and sent him this picture. I'm embarrassed to say, but my teaticles were exposed. He had a good laugh! When I returned to work a week later, the coworker printed up pictures and emailed them to several other co workers. I emedietly ask him and everyone involved to stop doing this. It went on for weeks with me pleading. The project manager who was the highest ranking manager on the job site did nothing to stop the actions. As well he chipped and called me degrading names. In November 2012 I transferred job sites well over 600 miles apart. As soon as I arrived , as I started unpacking my box with office supplies. I realized someone from the original worksite had slipped in more degrading pics of me into my box of supplies. Only this time they took me face and pasted it to something volgur. I honestly thought my problems were over. Last week I had to email an employee from the original job site asking for some documentation . He replied back attaching the same picture from back in June. I reported the issue to my boss here and nothing has happened. I am currently looking for work else ware. Aside from that, I want to sue this company for harassment !

Unfortunately you can't control stuff on the internet. Anything you send on the internet becomes public whether you like it or not. On the other hand, you may have something to work with if the picture was distributed on a company email-maybe get some people fired.
