My husband is being detained by ice how long will it be before he will go infront of ins judge and have bond set for him?

He has to file a motion for bond hearing with the judge. They're not going to do it for him if he does not make a motion with the court. By the way, the judge does not work for USCIS (the obsolete INS) or ICE. The judge is an independent authority.

Your husband should definitely hire an immigration lawyer who does removal defense since he's in detention.
