Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Iowa
i'm 17 and i live in iowa. i'm planing on moving to oklahoma due to job related issues. my mom wants to emancipate me so i can sign for my own apartment and other things if i need it. how long does it take to have an emancipation to go through if my mom signs for it?

You'll have to convince a court to let you do it and it won't be easy.
