Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Iowa
My 14 year old child was picked up for shop lifting less than $75.00 worth of merchandise. No ticket was issued that day. Will she have to appear in juvienile court. This is in the state of Iowa.

Only the police and the county attorney know that. You could ask some questions but you risk kicking a sleeping dog.
