Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

Privacy Act

A training coordinator disclosed information from my personal file, which is in HR office,5 months after I had transfered out to another employee at another location in turn told someone else and so forth. This is a Federal Agency. Under the Privacy Act, I can request compensation for embrassment and emotional harship.

Does anyone handle Federal Court Cases?

www.dol.com is the Department of Labor.

This site has good general information.
