Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa

Hi, I was taken to court in November 2012 for being late on my rent and in the court, the judge granted writ of possession to the landlord. I was served a notice by the sheriff that I had 3 days to get out. The very next day, I paid the rent and my landlord did not evict me. My question is, since I was not actually evicted, will it be on my record or what will be on my record. If it will show bad on record already, can I move out right now and not care about paying the rent for the remaining of the lease as the landlord has already got a judgement on my record? What will be the consequences of me moving out before my lease is over considering that I was ordered by the court in November.

That's not really a legal question. If you want you can pull up a free credit report and see if there's a notation of it. If not you're home free. I wouldn't compound the issue by stiffing the landlord because then guess what? You'll get another black mark in your credit report.
