Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
can a landlord toss out and keep possessions wned by a roomate thats been a resident for 4 months and recieving mail and documentation of rent paid to tenant. is it legal for landlord to enter apt throw out food, harass and give me 5 days to move out and day 7 throw out everything and keep and sell what he wanted with out a court oorder?
