Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Iowa

I recently lost my 21 year old daughter. I was at the hospital the night she passed and was asked where the family wanted her remains to go after an autopsy. I gave my wishes to the clergyman that was talking between the two sides of the family, her father and I are divorced. I had full custody of her. The following day I discovered she was going to another funeral home picked by her father and boyfriend and was going to be cremated. No one at the hospital(floor supervisor) or the funeral home would talk to me. I was told over and over that they could not speak to me the 'family' had already made arrangements. I also had to get permission to have a visitation. My plans for my daughter were to have her buried not cremated. When the funeral home finally called someone it was my sister not me who was given permission. I had to get persmission to have an obituary ran as well. Which was not accuarate as far as my side of the family and they even misspelled my name. I was not allowed to change anything else but the day of visitation. My daughter Mercedes' boyfriend I am told will get the urn whith her ashes and other people were allowed to purchase smaller urns, I was not even talked to about any of this either. I need to know if I was unjustly treated or if I have any case?

I think this is a reprise of your previous question. As she was an adult you did not have custody of her. I'd suggest you discuss the matter with an attorney.
