Legal Question in Military Law in Iowa

My contract.

How can i get out of my army contract since i have yet to go to basic training. i am to leve for basic training on jan 18,2005

You cannot. Make sure you report on time, or you will be prosecuted. Acquiring federal conviction and spending time in jail is a particularly bad way to start your next career. It closes most doors of opportunity for life. Fulfill your contractual obligation. Your country needs you, and we appreciate your willingness to serve.
