Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa

Hello. I was involved in a rodeo accident. It was at a practice, not an official event. I still signed a waver but there wasn't any paramedics or equipment there to help me, just a bunch of regular people and a lady who said she works in an E.R. I couldn't walk and got hauled out in a little car. Is there anything I can do since there weren't medical services provided even though I signed the waver? Thank you

Maybe, it may depend on promises made or what you were lead to believe ahead of time. There are statutes passed during tort reform that create liability exceptions but without knowing more about the situation I can't give you specific advice. You need to sit down with a lawyer to discuss your injuries and how they occurred. Contact us if we can help.
