Your liability cannot be determined from the few facts recited. Liability will be based on several factors including whether or not the "pond" is an attractive nuisance. My advice is to see a lawyer. I hesitate to go further than that because I'm not familiar with your local and have idea of how the children are accessing the pond, what you as the owner can do to prevent it, what warning signs are up and around the pond, what law enforcement might be able to do, whether you can contact the children's parents, what's been said or could be communicated to the children, where the pond is situated, whether the pond is natural or man-made, whether what you've done has increased the risk of a drowning, whether you (I assume you're the current owner or lessee) created the pond, whether you're a lessee and the terms of the lease, etc. As you can see this isn't as simple as a lawyer being able to answer in this Q&A format.
