Diet Patch Allergic Reaction-price refund?
I bought a diet patch--you stick each patch on your skin for three days, and it's supposed to help me lose weight. i put one patch on, and when i took it off after three days, i had a horrible allergic reaction. the product did not have any warnings about allergic reactions on it, nor did the manufacturer make any such risks known. i have returned unused products (all but that one patch) to the manufacturer/seller, requesting a refund of my money. i am not requesting damages. am i entitled to such a refund?

You probably are entitled to a refund assuming that your purchase contract did not say "no refunds" or something like that.
