Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

mortgage payments

Two men buy a condo. A few years later they both marry. One buys a home and moves out, the other stays and his wife moves in until they can sell the place. Since one owner moved out & the other owners wife moved in, how much should everyone have to pay to make this arrangement fair to all until the condo is sold?

Re: mortgage payments

There are so many ways to look at it, but I doubt you will find any consensus on what everyone "should" pay. I would suggest you try to work it out. You might also try having someone attempt to mediate between the two of you. Otherwise, your only option may be to have a judge decide for you.
