Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa
My parents passed away leaving a bunglow built in land of my mothers parent in india
now my uncle that is mothers brother wants to sell the land with bunglow and dont want to give anything to me
what can i do ?

Well, you're a long way from India and I am not conversant with their probate law-but it is a common law country in many ways. I suggest you contact an attorney who is a probate law practitioner in the region of India that the estate was filed in and explore your options.
