Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

I sold a house in Iowa that had a crack in the foundation and leaked water when I owned it. We repaired the leak and disclosed the information to the buyer in the non-disclosure form. Almost a year to the date of repair, the leak happened again and the buyer contacted us. Are we held liable for the repair again, even though no money was requested in escrow from the buyer or extended warranty of repair? We will fix if we are required by law for items listed in the non-disclosure. What can we expect on time lines for how long we are held liable for pre-existing conditions?

Without seeing the contract for sale I couldn't offer an opinion on whether you can be held liable for leaks in the foundation.
