Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Iowa

Harassment?

I have had incidences in the past from the same person who has came on to me. He is of the same sex, and he came out of the closet last week. He started telling people about our ''sexual relations'' and made me feel very uncomfortable. I haven't been able to perfom my homework and have been contemplating suicide. Nobody believes me and he says that he has ''written consent'' from me stating that I gave explicit consent on paper to anal sex. I have never seen such a paper, and I have no physical proof that he made numerous sexual advances on numerous occasions. What actions can I take?

Hi, You sound pretty desperate. There is a legal answer to your problem and I would suggest you call me rather than discuss anymore of the facts in a public forum.
